Join us for our annual Franklin Borough Fall Fest Carnival! Brought to you by the Franklin Borough Recreation Committee. Our annual fall-themed carnival includes carnival rides and games, entertainment under the pavilion every night (bands, dj’s, magician, etc), as well as food (and cider and donuts!) and vendors. Friday and Saturday nights of the Carnival end in the best fireworks extravaganza in Sussex County!
