A free Community Health Fair will be hosted at Family Promise of Sussex County on Thursday, September 21st from 11am to 1pm. All are welcome to attend!
The event will feature a variety of health and wellness opportunities for families including:
- Flu shots from Walgreens
- Representatives from SNAP
- Registered Dietician from Shop Rite
- Winter coats and gear for those in need
- Medical and dental resources from Zufall Health
- Breast health resources from Public Health Nursing
- Information on housing programs and utility assistance
