Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? Or to help out a local nonprofit? If so, we have the PERFECT opportunity for you! Family Promise of Sussex County will be hosting a Spring in Bloom Virtual Auction from March 4-7 and we are looking for items and baskets to include! Whether you are a business that would like to donate a gift card/some of your items, or a supporter who would like to purchase and donate a single item or a whole basket, we will sincerely appreciate your contribution!
If you are familiar with our agency, you are probably aware that every year we have a huge Spring in Bloom Fundraiser. This is our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year and brings in a huge portion of the money that we use to help stabilize our clients. Due to COVID, however, we will once again be canceling this event. This will be the second year in a row without our BIGGEST fundraiser of the year. We need your help to make this Virtual Auction as successful as our in-person fundraiser would have been.
All donors will be recognized on the auction website and if you are a business, your logo and a direct link to your website will appear on the page of the item(s) you donated. We will also thank all of our donors via Social Media and our website. This is a great opportunity for some free advertising!
Need some more perks? All proceeds from this event will go to housing and stabilizing families and individuals experiencing a housing crisis AND your donations are tax-deductible! Not only will you be making a difference in the lives of your neighbors, but you will also be given a receipt for your generous donation. Now, that's what I call a win-win.
If you are not in a place to donate, have no worries! You can help us out FOR FREE by sharing this message. Forward this email and our social media posts with friends, family, and coworkers. Or help us by soliciting donations from local businesses! Share our appeal with them and help us have the biggest, best, most successful auction yet!
All auction items must be delivered to our office prior to February 19, 2021 in order to ensure we have significant time to add them to the auction website. Thank you for your help and support!
