Register today for a library card at any one of the six libraries in the county system, or register for a card online here. The library card can be used at any of the six county libraries and, through the Open Borrowing Program, the card (after getting an Open Borrowing sticker) can be used at more than 150 libraries, including Sparta Public Library and libraries in Morris, Bergen, Passaic and Warren counties.
